    b) Fees or penalties may apply for flight changes or cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable fare rules.
    c) We reserve the right to modify or cancel flights due to operational, safety, or security reasons.

3.  Passenger Responsibilities:
    a) Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security procedures.
    b) Passengers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports or visas.
    c) Passengers must arrive at the airport on time for check-in and security screening.

4.  Baggage:
    a) Baggage allowance and restrictions vary depending on the fare class and destination. Please refer to our website or contact our customer        service for detailed information.
    b) Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their baggage meets the size, weight, and security requirements.

5.  Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content on our website or mobile applications, are       owned by or licensed to us. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any of our intellectual property without prior written      permission.

14.  Name changes is not allowed once a booking has been confirmed·

15.  Please advise meal and seat preference.

16.  Reconfirm your reservation at least 72hrs before departure·

17.  Ensure you have valid documents (Passport, Visa, Covid19 Certificate and travel insurance) as per your country of visit.
